About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an Online Tracking & Admin Executive. This role involves managing content uploads on our online portal, tracking updates, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and error-free content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upload and update content regularly on the online portal/platform.

• Track and monitor uploads to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain logs and records of uploaded materials.

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic content-related or technical issues on the portal.

• Ensure all uploaded content meets internal quality standards and guidelines.

• Assist in compiling reports related to content performance, user engagement, or upload status.

• Support backend administrative tasks related to online operations.
