Key Responsibilities:
Create and update reports using Excel
Assist with system reports and routine admin tasks
Handle documentation and support coordination with teams
Maintain invoices and basic financial records
Accurately track daily operations and follow instructions
Draft emails and use Outlook confidently
Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and security at the center
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and supplies
Manage utilities and ensure timely payments
Keep the facility clean, safe, and well-maintained
Maintain records like inventory, AMC schedules, and checklists
Quickly address any facility-related issues or emergencies
