Role Summary
We are looking for an Admin Officer to manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities, and make outgoing calls to prospective caregiver candidates. This role requires strong administrative discipline, good phone communication skills, and comfort with basic digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain organized records of caregiver applications, documents, and onboarding data.
Use Excel, Google Sheets, or internal software to manage recruitment and training trackers.
Calling & Follow-Up
Make daily outgoing calls to potential caregiver candidates sourced via social media or referrals.
Explain job roles, verify interest, and collect essential information.
Regularly follow up with candidates to support documentation, training attendance, and onboarding.
Maintain a calling log and update statuses of each lead.
Operational Support
Coordinate interviews, training sessions, and onboarding logistics with internal teams.
Collect and verify submitted documents from candidates.
Assist in smooth placement of caregivers by communicating with the deployment team.
Scheduling & Coordination
Maintain appointment calendars for training and onboarding events.
Ensure candidates are informed and reminded of scheduled sessions.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all admin processes meet internal documentation and verification standards.
Prepare basic weekly reports on call volumes, onboarding status, and candidate drop-offs.
Required Skills
Confident in phone-based communication, especially in Hindi (Telugu is a plus).
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in maintaining records.
Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM-like tools.
Ability to handle high-volume calling and follow-ups professionally.
Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in admin, customer service, or telesales roles preferred.
