We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Admin to manage the day-to-day operations of our JEE/NEET coaching class. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes, provide excellent customer service to students and parents, and support the teaching staff in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage student registrations and maintain accurate records.

• Handle communication with students and parents regarding schedules, fees, and other inquiries.

• Assist in scheduling classes and coordinating with faculty.

• Oversee the maintenance of classroom facilities and ensure all materials are available for lessons.

• Manage and track payments and fees for students.

• Maintain and update student performance records and progress.

• Coordinate and organize exams, assessments, and other events.

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
