We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase & Admin Executive to manage procurement, stock keeping, and ensure smooth delivery operations. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory levels, timely vendor coordination, and supervising backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers.

  • Issue purchase orders and track deliveries.

  • Maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Stock & Inventory Control

  • Ensure accurate tracking of stock (incoming/outgoing).

  • Monitor reorder levels and maintain buffer stock.

  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock arrangement and dispatch.

• Logistics & Delivery Supervision

  • Plan and ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.

  • Handle logistics coordination and transport follow-ups.

• Operations Oversight

  • Coordinate with sales and production teams.

  • Ensure internal processes run smoothly.

  • Maintain records and assist with admin tasks as required.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in purchase/admin/operations.

• Good knowledge of Excel & inventory systems.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Problem-solving attitude and team player.

Preferred:

Experience in apparel/garment industry or similar manufacturing setup.
