We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations at Magick Building Solutions. The ideal candidate will assist staff members, manage the CEO's calendar, and maintain accurate records on Google Sheets and other internal systems.
Assist various staff members with administrative and operational tasks.
Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain and update records in Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Handle internal communication and support day-to-day office activities.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments when needed.
Prepare basic reports, summaries, and follow-ups as directed.
Ensure smooth office functioning through timely support and updates.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc.).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience in managing executive calendars or supporting leadership teams.
