Coordinate with the dispatch and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Verify quantities and items before billing and dispatch.
Maintain daily dispatch and billing registers (manual and digital).
Prepare transporter documents and update dispatch details in ERP/software.
Ensure all documents are properly signed and filed for record keeping.
Communicate with customers and internal departments for dispatch status.
Support monthly closing activities by providing dispatch and billing data.
Handle returns, replacements, or short-supply documentation when required.
