We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect with strong interior design capabilities to join our team, specializing in commercial spaces such as office buildings, retail environments, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of architecture and interior detailing, with a passion for creating functional, aesthetically compelling commercial environments.
Lead and manage architectural design and interior design for commercial projects from concept to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop design strategies that align with project goals and brand identity.
Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings, space planning, and 3D visualizations.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient design principles into projects.
Review and approve material selections, finishes, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).
Manage site supervision during construction and interior fit-out stages to ensure design intent is maintained.
Collaborate with contractors and vendors for execution and delivery of high-quality finishes and details.
Mentor junior architects and designers.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture. Additional certification or diploma in Interior Design is a plus.
5 to 10 years of professional experience in architecture and interior design, specifically in commercial projects.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools (Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray).
Strong design and visualization skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent project management and client communication skills.
Knowledge of building systems, construction techniques, and materials.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
LEED or other green building certification knowledge.
Experience in high-end commercial interiors, workplace strategy, or branded environments.
Familiarity with local market trends and regulatory requirements.
