Key Responsibilities:

·        Lead projects from Schematic Design through to site execution.

·        Coordinate directly with clients and all disciplines of consultants (architecture, structure, MEP, landscape, interiors, etc.) for approvals, detailed drawings, and GFC execution.

·        Guide and supervise intermediate and junior architects to ensure timely and quality production of drawings as per project requirements.

·        Take ownership of projects, making critical decisions on behalf of the studio.

·        Ensure progressive thinking and ability to multitask across large-scale, complex projects.

Requirements:

·        Experience: Intermediate/Senior Architects with relevant experience in large-scale projects.

·        Background: Must NOT have a Builder’s office, freelancer designer, or vendor background.

·        Skills: Strong leadership, multitasking ability, proficiency in guiding teams and coordinating with top international and national consultants.

·        Software Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry-standard tools.
