Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for our product range.
• Identify and build relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and dealers.
• Handle B2B and B2C inquiries from lead generation to conversion.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations as required.
• Manage digital and offline marketing activities, including social media campaigns, exhibitions, and brand promotions.
• Maintain and expand client database and update CRM records regularly.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Track performance metrics and report on sales and marketing activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in interior products, furniture, or building materials.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand design and technical aspects of interior products.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for business meetings and events.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
