Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager/APM to join our team at Bluebeam Infra Private Limited to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction and interior fit-out work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹40,000+ and opportunities to work on creative projects execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding architectural/interior fit-out design concepts and layouts.

• Knowledge on 2D and 3D drawings using Autocad.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Meet clients and understand their space and style preferences.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is BE Civil - Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like BOQ, AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of project and project execution and timeline.
