We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team at Zoodles Interio Private Limited to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & schedule production timelines to meet project delivery dates

• Coordinate with design, procurement and project teams to align production with project needs

• Manage material flow: ensure timely availability of raw materials, fittings, hardware, etc.

• Supervise production staff (carpenters, fabricators, machine operators) and allocate tasks

• Monitor quality at each stage, ensuring design specifications and finish standards are met

• Track production progress, anticipate bottlenecks and re-prioritize work as needed

• Maintain cost control, optimize utilization of manpower, machines and materials

• Ensure safe working environment and compliance with safety standards

• Report regular status updates to project/operations management, escalate issues if any

• Drive continuous improvement in processes to reduce waste, improve turnaround and enhance efficiency

Job Requirements:

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process of interior fit-out, modular furniture, joinery, wall/floor/ceiling panels, wardrobes, etc., ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality control, safety compliance, and coordination across internal teams (design, procurement, installation) and external vendors.
