Role Overview
We are hiring a strategic and detail-oriented Sourcing & Contracting Manager to lead vendor identification, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management. This role is pivotal in optimizing procurement efficiency and ensuring commercial and legal soundness across all vendor engagements for turnkey interiors and retrofit renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing•
- Identify and onboard qualified vendors and suppliers across service categories.
- Conduct market analysis to benchmark pricing, capabilities, and vendor performance.
- Develop sourcing pipelines that support project timelines and budget targets.
-Contract Development & Negotiation•
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and work orders aligned with project scopes.
- Standardize contract formats and commercial terms for consistency and compliance.
- Ensure alignment with client contracts, legal requirements, and internal controls.
-Vendor & Risk Management•
- Evaluate vendor risk exposure and compliance documentation (GST, PF/ESIC, insurance).
- Mitigate contract risks through protective clauses and structured review processes.
- Maintain audit-ready records for contracts, amendments, and correspondence.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Project, Finance, and Legal teams for contract alignment.
- Track contract milestones, renewals, and deviations using structured dashboards.
- Present sourcing performance metrics and contract summaries to leadership.
