Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and experienced Operations and Sales Manager to lead and manage day-to-day operations, drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and ensure successful project execution across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

• Oversee execution of interior projects from start to handover.

• Coordinate between design team, vendors, site supervisors, and clients.

• Handle site visits, progress tracking, material dispatch, and quality control.

• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality workmanship.

2. Sales and Client Relationship:

• Manage client inquiries, walk-ins, and calls – from lead to conversion.

• Conduct sales presentations and close deals with high negotiation skills.

• Build lasting relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction.

• Follow up on leads, generate new prospects, and work with marketing team.

3. Team Leadership:

• Supervise site staff, vendors, and junior team members.

• Resolve on-site challenges with practical and time-bound solutions.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or interior/architecture background is a plus)

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in interior operations and/or sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills

• Client-facing experience and confidence in managing premium clients

• Knowledge of modular furniture, materials, and on-site execution
