The MEP Site Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and ensuring quality execution of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities at project sites on behalf of the PMC. This role demands strong technical knowledge, site supervision capability, and the ability to manage multiple contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
Monitor and supervise MEP works executed by contractors/subcontractors as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
Coordinate and verify MEP installation sequences, material usage, and workmanship.
Act as single point of contact between Client / Architect / Consultants / Contractors for all MEP-related site matters.
Participate in daily coordination meetings, raise technical queries, and follow up on resolutions.
Coordinate with Civil & Interior teams to ensure smooth cross-functional execution.
Conduct daily inspections, snag identification, and rectification follow-ups.
Maintain daily site reports, DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), RFI logs, and material checklists.
Track work progress vs schedule and escalate delays with mitigation plans.
Verify and certify contractor measurements, bills, and work completion reports.
Maintain as-built drawings, inspection requests, and compliance checklists.
Assist in testing and commissioning activities for all MEP systems.
Qualification: Diploma / B.E in Mechanical / Electrical / MEP Engineering
Experience: 2–7 years in MEP site supervision / PMC / Contracting environment
Technical Skills: Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical Systems, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, STP/RO Systems, BMS (Optional)
