Job Description:

Produce photorealistic 3D models, renderings, and animations for architectural and

interior design projects.

 Interpret design concepts, sketches, and technical drawings to create accurate and

visually appealing visualizations.

 Collaborate with the design team to understand project objectives and deliver visuals

that align with the client's vision.

 Utilize industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, and

Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality outputs.

 Maintain and expand a library of 3D assets and materials for ongoing and future

projects.

 Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, project deadlines, and client expectations.

 Continuously stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in architectural

drawings and construction details.

Ongoing Expectations:

 Regularly communicate progress and provide updates to project managers and team

members.

 Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas to enhance visual storytelling.

 Saturday WOM meetings

 Maintain organized files and documentation for all drawings.

 Adapt to evolving project needs and client feedback to refine outputs.

 Support the team by sharing knowledge and assisting with training in techniques when

needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

 Proven experience in architecture, interior design, or a similar industry.

 Proficiency in Autocad, 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, and other

software relevant to Architectural design.

 Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials.

 Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into accurate 3D

representations.

 Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

 Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
