Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

• Assist in developing architectural concepts, design presentations, and detailed drawings.

• Support senior architects with layouts, 3D models, and working drawings.

• Participate in site analysis, space planning, and feasibility studies.

• Prepare construction documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants for design integration.

• Support project managers in tracking project timelines, approvals, and deliverables.

• Assist in client presentations and incorporate required design changes.

Site Execution & Supervision

• Conduct site visits to ensure design compliance and maintain quality standards.

• Identify and report deviations, risks, and execution challenges.

• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and on-site teams as needed.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain project documentation, drawings, and revision logs.

• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and bye-laws (Noida / NCR).

• Prepare reports and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institute.

• 2–3 years of experience with architectural firms or real estate developers.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in residential, commercial, or real estate projects in NCR.

• Knowledge of DDA, Noida Authority, GNIDA bye-laws.

• Ability to deliver high-quality drawings within project deadlines.
