We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Interior Design Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities for interior fit-out and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that interior design plans are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, adhere to safety regulations, and are completed within the project timeline and budget.
Supervise and coordinate on-site interior works including carpentry, MEP coordination, painting, flooring, ceiling, and other finishing works.
Interpret and implement interior design drawings and specifications.
Manage subcontractors and labor teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.
Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure all on-site activities comply with local safety regulations and company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and generate progress reports.
Identify and resolve any issues or delays on-site in a proactive manner.
Maintain documentation related to site activities, changes, and progress.
Ensure the use of materials and finishes matches design specifications and quality expectations.
Attend project meetings and provide updates on site status.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in reading interior design drawings, AutoCAD plans, and specifications.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes.
Familiar with site safety regulations and quality control processes.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of design quality.
Other Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different project sites.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial interiors.
Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Certification in site safety (e.g., OSHA or local equivalent).
Primarily on-site at construction and fit-out locations.
May involve extended hours, weekend work, and coordination across multiple sites.
