We are seeking an experienced Interior Supervisor to oversee on-site interior projects from start to finish. The role involves managing site activities, coordinating with designers, vendors, and contractors, and ensuring work is executed as per design, quality standards, and within deadlines. The Interior Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining smooth site operations and delivering high-quality interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all interior site works, ensuring execution as per drawings, designs, and specifications.

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, and clients regarding project requirements.

• Allocate tasks to workers and contractors, track progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones.

• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality, safety, and compliance with standards.

• Manage resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to avoid delays.

• Resolve on-site issues, provide technical guidance, and escalate concerns to management when required.

• Maintain daily site reports, update progress, and report deviations to higher management.

• Ensure proper installation of furniture, fixtures, fittings, and finishes as per design.

• Monitor vendor deliveries and material usage to minimize wastage.

• Ensure health & safety protocols are strictly followed at site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Site Supervisor / Interior Supervisor in interior design or fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of interior finishing, materials, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and civil works.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and technical documents.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage).

• Ability to multitask and handle project deadlines.
