You may also give access to short internal videos or live mentorship by senior team members.

Payout Structure (Project-Based)

• Paid per project or as per defined role (Assistant, Lead, Pack-Up Specialist, etc.)

• Payout released within 7 working days post project completion and approval

• No overtime unless pre-approved
