Job Title: Site Supervisor Interior Projects

Department: Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily site activities for interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality control, managing vendors/labor, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise day-to-day operations at the site for interior projects.

· Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure timely progress.

· Monitor quality of workmanship and materials as per design and specification.

· Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, attendance records, and material records.

· Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.

· Liaise with the project manager and design team to resolve site-level issues.

· Ensure timely availability and use of materials, tools, and equipment.

· Conduct site inspections and raise quality or design issues where applicable.

· Attend regular project meetings and provide status updates.

· Manage workforce discipline and ensure site cleanliness.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management or related field.

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out supervision.

· Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishes.

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage deadlines.

· Proficiency in MS Office and basic project tracking software.

Working Conditions:

· Full-time, site-based position.

· May involve travel to different project sites as required.

· Working hours may vary based on project timelines.
