🔧 Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Interior Supervisor to oversee end-to-end execution of turnkey interior projects. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, coordinate with contractors, vendors, and designers, and maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and a deep understanding of interior fit-out processes.

🛠 Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely project execution.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, designers, and workers to manage material and labor.

Track project progress, budgets, and timelines across multiple sites.

Ensure quality control and adherence to approved designs, layouts, and technical drawings.

Handle client communication, site visits, and updates with professionalism.

Solve on-site problems, manage changes, and adapt to design revisions.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Maintain daily site reports, progress documentation, and work schedules.

Follow up on material procurement and ensure timely deliveries.

Conduct project handover, snag rectifications, and client satisfaction checks.

👤 Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out/turnkey projects.

Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, electricals, carpentry, plumbing, etc.

Excellent client handling, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (AutoCAD/SketchUp layouts, etc.).

Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team leader.

Fluency in local language and working knowledge of English/Hindi.

Familiar with project management tools or reporting software is a plus.
