The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations for modular kitchen, wardrobe, and interior installation projects. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, carpenters, and internal teams to ensure quality, timelines, and safety standards are maintained.
Project Supervision:
Oversee installation work at client sites for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior elements.
Team Coordination:
Manage and guide carpenters, fitters, electricians, and other on-site staff.
Vendor/Contractor Liaison:
Coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors for timely material delivery and service execution.
Site Readiness Check:
Inspect site readiness (electrical, plumbing, civil) before installation begins.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure installation is done as per design, drawings, and quality standards.
Client Interaction:
Update clients on project progress, handle on-site queries, and ensure client satisfaction.
Material Management:
Verify delivery of materials on-site, report shortages/damages, and prevent wastage.
Reporting:
Maintain daily site progress reports, including photos, checklists, and issue logs.
Health & Safety:
Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site.
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in site supervision for interiors/modular furniture
Knowledge of modular furniture components and installation techniques
Ability to read technical drawings and layouts
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
Requires frequent travel to project sites
May involve working beyond regular hours to meet deadlines
