We are looking for a Senior Site Supervisor with extensive experience in the interior fit-out industry to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure the timely and high-quality execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate with various teams on-site.

Supervise and manage site activities to ensure smooth execution of fit-out works as per project drawings, specifications, and schedules.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, designers, and subcontractors to meet project goals and deadlines.

• Monitor work progress, ensure quality control, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure work aligns with design intent.

• Identify and resolve site issues and potential delays to minimize project risks.

• Maintain daily site records, including work progress, manpower, deliveries, and inspections.

• Ensure the site is clean, organized, and safe for all workers and visitors.

• Supervise subcontractor teams, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to workmanship standards.

• Conduct site meetings, briefings, and toolbox talks.

• Assist in material take-offs and procurement coordination.
