Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
8–15 years of experience in project management (depending on industry).
Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).
Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
Knowledge of contracts, BOQs, drawings, and documentation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
