Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and as per project specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and vendors to maintain workflow and material availability.
Monitor progress and quality of construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and standards.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to prevent accidents or delays.
Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and material usage logs.
Communicate project updates, challenges, and requirements to the project manager or senior engineer.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
