The Project Coordinator supports the project manager in planning, executing, and monitoring interior projects by ensuring smooth coordination between teams, vendors, and clients.
· Assist in project planning and scheduling.
· Maintain project documentation (BOQs, drawings, approvals, MOMs).
· Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and site teams.
· Track material availability and delivery schedules.
· Assist in preparing progress reports and MIS.
· Support in budget tracking, billing, and invoice verification.
· Help in organizing site meetings and follow-ups.
· Ensure smooth communication flow between client and site team.
· Monitor daily site progress and escalate issues to Project Manager.
· Knowledge of interior execution processes.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
· Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
· Good communication & documentation skills.
· Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
· Detail-oriented and well-organized.
· Graduate/Diploma in Civil / Interior Design / Project Management.
· 2–5 years of experience in interior projects.
