Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing engaging and functional retail environments that reflect our brand identity and enhance the customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative store designs, ensuring a balance of aesthetics, practicality, and brand consistency across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop retail store layouts, interiors, and visual merchandising concepts.

• Translate brand strategy and customer experience goals into cohesive interior design solutions.

• Prepare mood boards, 3D renderings, CAD drawings, and material/sample boards for presentation and execution.

• Select appropriate furniture, fixtures, finishes, and lighting to support both functionality and brand image.

• Collaborate with architects, project managers, merchandisers, and construction teams throughout the design and build process.

• Ensure projects comply with budget, timelines, safety regulations, and local codes.

• Conduct site visits to oversee installation and make adjustments as necessary.

• Research trends in retail environments and integrate best practices in design innovation.

• Maintain updated knowledge of sustainable and cost-effective design solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 3+ years of professional experience in interior design, preferably in retail environments.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.

• Strong spatial planning, color sense, and knowledge of materials and finishes.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced retail setting.
