Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Field Sales with experience in interior and exterior design sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients on-site, understanding their design requirements, and offering tailored solutions. This is a field-intensive role, so a personal two-wheeler is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients (residential, commercial, or industrial).

• Promote and sell interior and exterior design services including modular interiors, false ceilings, wall finishes, cladding, facade treatments, landscaping, etc.

• Understand client requirements, site conditions, and suggest design solutions accordingly.

• Coordinate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals.

• Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and close sales.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

• Provide regular updates and sales reports to management.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in interior/exterior design, real estate, construction, home decor, or related sectors.

• Basic understanding of interior and exterior design elements.

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license and willingness to travel locally.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and punctual.
