JOB OVERVIEW: - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead design projects from concept development to completion, working closely with clients, Site Engineers, and junior designers to deliver outstanding design solutions.

Responsibilities:-

Concept Development: Lead the conceptualization and development of design ideas, creating innovative and functional interior spaces that meet the client's requirements and vision.

Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and objectives. Present design proposals, gather feedback, and incorporate client input throughout the design process.

Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and development. Delegate tasks effectively, promote collaboration, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Design Execution: Produce detailed design drawings, specifications, and presentations using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories to achieve the desired aesthetic and functional goals.

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure that design intent is being implemented accurately. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly, offering creative solutions to overcome challenges.

Stay Updated: Stay abreast of current trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of interior design. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and incorporate new ideas into design projects.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

·         Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

·         Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.

·         Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Proven ability to lead design teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
