We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and factory operations within the interiors industry. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of modular kitchen, bath fittings, and décor products and will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations including production, quality control, material management, team handling, and timely project execution.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit producing modular kitchens, bath fittings, wardrobes, and décor products.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor production to ensure timely delivery of orders.

• Coordinate between design, production, purchase, logistics, and site installation teams for seamless execution.

• Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards in manufacturing and final installation.

• Manage raw material procurement, inventory control, and vendor relationships.

• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency reduce wastage, and optimize costs.

• Supervise factory staff, technicians, and operators, ensuring discipline, training, and productivity.

• Resolve operational issues related to machinery, manpower, or material shortages.

• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards in factory operations.

• Prepare and present regular MIS/reports on production, efficiency, and delivery timelines.

• Work closely with management to achieve business goals and client satisfaction.
