Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, space planning, and functional design, with experience in handling interior projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver beautiful, functional spaces within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements, style preferences, and budget.

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.

• Prepare detailed space plans, elevations, and working drawings.

• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for project execution.

• Monitor site work to ensure design accuracy and timely progress.

• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client communications.

• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer (1-3 years preferred).

• Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar.

• Strong portfolio showcasing residential/commercial design projects.

• Excellent visual awareness and an eye for detail.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the [residential/luxury/commercial/retail] interior design segment.
