We are looking for a Interior Designer to join our team at K.r. Mangalam World School to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40000 - ₹50000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Requirements and skills:

• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)

• Only Male Candidates are Preferable.

• Candidates who are residing in South Delhi.

• Expertise in layout, Colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs

• Excellent portfolio of previous works

• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design

• Communication and presentation skills

• Project management skills

• BS degree in Interior Design/ Diploma in interior Design.

Skills: Interior Designing, Layout Design, AutoCAD 3D, AutoCAD Drafting, Quantity Assessment,

Technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create architectural/interior design concepts and layouts.

• Work on 2D and 3D drawings using design software.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work as per design plans.

• Ensure quality of design Timeline management.

• Draft Layouts.

• Extreme attention to detail.

• Should possess good communication and presentation skills.

• Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Photoshop, Sketchup.

• Well versed with designing corporate & residential layouts.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
