## Key Responsibilities:

### ➤ Regular Works (False Ceiling & Flooring):

• Prepare detailed •shop drawings• from architectural plans.
• Perform •material quantification• for false ceiling and flooring systems.
• Read, interpret, and work from architectural and MEP layouts.
• Revise and coordinate drawings based on site requirements.

### ➤ Acoustic PET Wall Panels (Advanced Scope):

• Coordinate with architects to obtain technical inputs and resolve design gaps.
• Create complete drawing sets including:

• •Plan views•
• •Elevations•
• •Sectional & detailed drawings•
• •Production-ready drawings•
• Quantify materials precisely for production and execution.
• Ensure drawing accuracy and alignment with design intent.

## ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting for interior works.
• Strong command over AutoCAD and shop drawing preparation.
• Experience with •false ceiling, flooring, and ••acoustic panel detailing•.
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
• Site coordination and architectural understanding are essential.
