Concept Development: Collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations that align with client requirements and project objectives.
Space Planning: Assist in space planning and layout design for interior spaces, including floor plans, furniture arrangement, and spatial organization to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
Material Selection: Research and select materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories that meet project specifications, budget constraints, and design vision.
Color Coordination: Assist in selecting color schemes, paint colors, wallpapers, and decorative elements to create cohesive and harmonious interior environments.
Furniture and Fixture Selection: Assist in selecting furniture, lighting fixtures, hardware, and other interior elements, considering style, scale, proportion, and budget.
CAD Drafting: Assist in preparing detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
3D Visualization: Assist in creating 3D renderings and visualizations to illustrate design concepts and communicate ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
Client Communication: Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand client needs, preferences, and feedback, and provide design solutions accordingly.
Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating with vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and installation of materials and furnishings.
Site Visits: Assist in conducting site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, address design issues, and ensure compliance with design intent and specifications.
Documentation: Assist in preparing design documents, specifications, schedules, and procurement lists, and maintain organized project files and records.
