About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Sales Manager who will be responsible for closing deals, giving impactful client presentations, and representing the brand with professionalism, personality, and strong interior background knowledge. This role demands excellent communication, client handling ability, and strong coordination with the design and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Presentation & Deal Closure
Deliver high-quality, engaging presentations to potential clients.
Confidently showcase the company’s services, design capabilities, and project quality.
Use strong attitude, personality, and professional appearance to build trust with clients.
Address client queries, objections, and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.
2. Client Handling & Relationship Management
Act as the first point of contact for all new leads assigned by the company.
Maintain strong follow-ups, understand client requirements, and provide customised solutions.
Build long-term relationships to ensure repeated business and referrals.
3. Project Coordination & Survey
Conduct site visits and project surveys to understand client needs and space details.
Coordinate with the design team for layout discussions, BOQ understanding, and design presentations.
Ensure smooth communication between the client and internal departments.
4. Interior Background & Design Understanding
Must have a basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, modular setups, and costing.
Be able to explain design features, technical aspects, and project flow clearly to clients.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records for client meetings, presentation schedules, and follow-up updates.
Submit daily/weekly reports on lead status, closures, and ongoing negotiations.

Ability to handle premium clients with grace and patience.
Basic interior or design industry knowledge (preferred).

Ability to multitask and manage clients and projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:
Graduation in any field (Interior-related background is an advantage).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales; interior industry sales preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.

Compensation:
50k to 70k + Incentives on deal closures.
