1. Project Planning & Coordination

2. Client Management

3. Site Supervision & Execution

• Monitor site execution to ensure adherence to drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

• Conduct regular site visits and resolve technical issues.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and vendors.

• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare project budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates.

• Track project expenses and control material usage.

• Verify vendor bills, contractor invoices, and ensure timely approvals.

• Work with procurement for material finalization and timely delivery.

5. Quality Assurance

• Maintain strict quality control during material selection and site execution.

• Conduct inspections and ensure rectifications are completed as required.

• Ensure final handover meets company quality standards.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation including drawings, approvals, material lists, and site reports.

• Submit daily/weekly site progress reports to management.

• Ensure change orders, design revisions, and approvals are documented.
