Job Description:

Micromint India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor with experience in interior work to oversee construction and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site supervision at our Jakhan, Dehradun project site, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to interior civil work.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth workflow.

• Monitor daily progress and report to the project manager.

• Ensure site safety protocols and company policies are followed.

• Check quality and specifications of materials and workmanship.

• Resolve technical and labor-related issues on-site.

• Prepare and maintain daily reports and material usage logs.

• Ensure timely completion of work as per project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).

• 1 to 5 years of relevant site supervision experience, especially in interior projects.

• Good understanding of construction drawings, interior finishes, and materials.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage labor teams and coordinate with them.

• Willingness to work full-time on-site at Jakhan, Dehradun.
