About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD and Land Drawing Expert to join our team for upcoming warehouse construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing precise drawings, measurements, and layouts for land and warehouse structures. They will also coordinate with architects, engineers, and government authorities for plan approvals and ensure all drawings meet regulatory and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land measurement, site surveys, and plot demarcation.

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for warehouse layouts, structural plans, and land development.

• Develop electrical, plumbing, and utility layouts in line with project requirements.

• Prepare and submit structural and architectural drawings for sanction/approval from relevant authorities.

• Assist in preparing warehouse master plans, road layouts, drainage, and other infrastructure drawings.

• Work closely with project engineers and consultants for design accuracy and compliance.

• Ensure drawings follow applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards.

• Update and maintain drawing records, revisions, and as-built drawings.

• Provide technical support during the construction and sanctioning process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or related field.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit/SketchUp will be an advantage.

• Experience in land measurement, warehousing, industrial, or commercial projects preferred.

• Understanding of structural drawings, sanction plans, and building bye-laws.

• Strong knowledge of electrical and structural layouts.

• Attention to detail with strong drafting and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Experience Required:

• 5 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting and land/structural drawings (warehousing/industrial projects will be an added advantage).
