Solutions Design Process:
To gather data collection and verification of assigned project
To discuss designed solutions with SD head, LE Head, operation team and BD team before submission
To generate and update documents for knowledge management based on individual experience of BD and projects completed.
To innovate and improve in working practices facilitating to the development of the team methodology
To promote the best practice with peer manner and team attitude. For example, development of resource planning, development of Knowledge Management
To act as the internal focal point for access to Logistics Solutions expertise.
To ensure that all recommended solutions, implementation plans, meet the requirements
To report on agreed format on monthly basis, information required for development team meetings
Develop effective customer presentation of the appropriate solutions as part of the pursuit teams
To develop a database of Property, MHE, Costs, and all other information used in developing Solution
Knowledge of warehousing, transportation, and broader supply chain topics
Strong Knowledge of the Logistics Business
Advanced Computer Proficiency
Know-how of process flow diagrams, time & motion studies
