Manager/Assistant Manager - Commercial Interior Fitouts:
Location: Bangalore
Reports To: Senior Project Manager/Director of Operations
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager specializing in Commercial Interior Fitouts to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fitout projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Initiation:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and designers to define project requirements and specifications.
Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to determine project viability.
Resource Management:
Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Project Execution and Monitoring:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the fitout projects, ensuring adherence to project plans.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Implement quality control processes to ensure high standards of workmanship.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Ensure final project deliverables meet client expectations and contractual requirements.
Project Closure:
Conduct project handover, including final inspections and completion of punch lists.
Prepare and submit project completion reports and documentation.
Gather client feedback and implement lessons learned for future projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering,
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project management, specifically within commercial interior fitouts.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
