Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for construction and interior design projects.

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to finalize design requirements.

• Draft FLOOR/WINDOW/DOORS layout plans, elevations, sections, and details.

• Revise drawings based on feedback and changes in design scope.

• Create BOQ, working drawings, and site measurement layouts.

• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and industry standards.

• Assist in site visits for measurements and understanding project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (2+ years) as an AutoCAD Designer in the construction/interior sector.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software (Revit, 3DS Max is a plus).

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior detailing.

• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of modern interior styles, materials, and trends.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience in rendering and presentation tools (Photoshop, EVA SOFTWARE, etc.)
