Job Summary:

The Civil Site Supervisor will have to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring that civil construction projects are executed safely, on time, and within quality standards. This role involves coordination with engineers, contractors, laborers, and vendors while monitoring progress and resolving on-site issues.

• Supervise and monitor construction activities at the site.

• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Manage labor workforce and ensure safety compliance.

• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate updates to the project manager.

• Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and labor at the site.

• Inspect and test work to verify compliance with standards and design requirements.

• Resolve on-site technical issues and escalate critical matters when needed.

• Maintain site discipline and enforce project deadlines.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 2–5 years of on-site construction supervision experience.

• Proficient in reading civil and structural drawings.

• Knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and safety standards.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel; familiarity with project management tools is a plus).

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
