Qualification:

B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized university
(Registration with COA preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural designs, drawings, and 3D visualizations for projects.

• Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, and detailed layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design consistency.

• Participate in client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.

• Support senior architects in design documentation, BOQ preparation, and design approvals.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, bye-laws, and safety standards.

• Maintain organized project files and drawing records.

Key Skills & Software Knowledge

• Software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, 3ds Max (optional)

• Design Skills: Space planning, concept design, detailing, presentation drawings

• Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, time management, communication
