We are looking for an Architect to join our team to design and execute functional, aesthetic, and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, preparing sanction and working drawings, overseeing construction work, and coordinating with clients and vendors. The position offers opportunities to work on creative architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural projects from concept to completion.

• Prepare sanction drawings and working drawings.

• Develop 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and other design software.

• Source materials and manage vendor coordination.

• Visit sites and supervise work according to design plans.

• Interact with clients to understand their space, requirements, and style preferences.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Arch / B.Tech (Civil) / Diploma in Architecture

• Experience: 5+ years in architectural design and execution.

• Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD

  • Knowledge and experience with UDCPR/CDCPR regulations

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and detailing.

• Knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
