Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present creative interior design concepts in both 2D layouts and 3D visualizations.

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and working drawings using AutoCAD.

• Create 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for client presentations.

• Work closely with senior designers, project managers, and clients to understand design briefs and project requirements.

• Source materials, finishes, and furniture in alignment with project aesthetics and budget.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals involved in the project.

• Ensure designs meet building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.

• Assist in site visits, measurement taking, and supervision during project execution when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in interior design.

• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D drafting and detailing).

• Working knowledge of 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar.

• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, color theory, and furniture layouts.

• Excellent visualization, creativity, and presentation skills.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
