Position: Site Supervisor & Project CoordinatorCompany: Archalya Design Partners LLPWe are looking for a Site Supervisor & Project Coordinator to join our team at Archalya Design Partners LLP. The role focuses on managing day-to-day site execution, coordinating with vendors and clients, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of interior and architectural projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 and opportunities to work on creative and diverse interior design assignments.Key Responsibilities:• Supervise on-site execution and ensure progress as per project timelines.• Coordinate between the design, procurement, and labor teams.• Manage vendors, materials, and site logistics effectively.• Ensure accurate implementation of drawings and BOQ details.• Conduct site measurements, daily reporting, and quality checks.• Communicate with clients and resolve on-site challenges promptly.Job Requirements:• Qualification: Diploma or Graduation in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.• Experience: 1 – 3 years in site supervision or interior project coordination.• Sound knowledge of interior materials, joinery, finishes, and execution processes.• Ability to read and interpret working drawings (AutoCAD proficiency preferred).• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
