We are looking for a skilled and creative Designer with strong expertise in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and other design tools. The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed interior layouts, 2D drawings, 3D models, and realistic renderings for residential, commercial, and office projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 2D plans, elevations, layouts, and working drawings using AutoCAD.

• Develop 3D models, interior visuals, and photorealistic renderings using 3ds Max (V-Ray/Corona preferred).

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, concepts, and design preferences.

• Convert client ideas into accurate design presentations and mood boards.

• Work closely with the project and execution team to ensure designs are implemented correctly.

• Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

• Ensure timely delivery of drawings and renders.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and rendering engines (V-Ray/Corona).

• Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.

• Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, color palettes, and space planning.

• Ability to create clean, detailed, and accurate drawings.

• Good communication and presentation skills.
