We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modeling and visualization, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating compelling visuals. You will work closely with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to bring concepts to life through stunning 3D renderings and animations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations based on project specifications and design concepts.

• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and provide creative input.

• Develop and maintain a library of 3D assets, textures, and materials.

• Prepare visual presentations for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and software to continuously enhance skills and improve workflow.

• Participate in project meetings and provide feedback on design approaches.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Assist in post-production tasks, including compositing and editing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Lumion).

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for post-production tasks.

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and visual storytelling.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with construction documents and design processes.
