We are looking for a 2D/3D Architect to join our team at Barya Hr Services to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹40000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage interior commercial projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets

are met.

Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to ensure clear communication and

project alignment.

Supervise on-site activities, ensuring quality standards and safety compliance.

Prepare project schedules, track progress, and report regularly to stakeholders.

Handle procurement of materials, negotiation with vendors, and inventory control.

Resolve site-related issues and ensure timely project delivery.

Maintain documentation, including work orders, contracts, and invoices.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Applicants must be proficient in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp or 3Ds Max and have a strong knowledge of design, detailing and stone/marble.
